1. Ordering and availability
Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, in our discretion, decline to accept any order. Where we accept your order, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that we have received and accepted your order and notifying you that your order is being processed (“Order Confirmation”). The contract between you and us in relation to the Products ordered (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation.
Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed that day. Any orders placed after 12pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the following day.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. We deliver to all addresses within the United States. We offer free shipping through USPS on orders over $75 to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Any orders going to Hawaii or Alaska have their choice of carriers at checkout. At this time, these areas do not qualify for free shipping.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
Deliveries are made by our carrier and take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8am and 5pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place.
Customers have two working days to report any missing items from their order, either by phone, letter or email.
3. Risk and title
Products ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
4. Price and payment
Our prices are published on our website. The price and other charges payable are those in force at the time of your order. We may change our prices and charges from time to time.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
We accept the following credit, debit cards and methods of payment for your order:

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
5. Our returns policy and consumer rights
Lustre Skin Ltd standard returns policy
You have the right to cancel any purchase up to 14 working days from delivery and receive a full refund. If you are returning your Product to us you must contact our Customer Services department at firstname.lastname@example.org who will provide you with the address for returning the product to us. Please be sure to package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name, address and returns number inside the parcel) and then return it to us.
You must return the Products to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary for you to examine them).
We advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you.
6. Faulty products
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the price of the Product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery.
If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you must inform us and return the product using the returns process set out under paragraph above.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Conditions.
7. Product information
Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as color, pattern and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.
Any information on the Site regarding sizing and technical specification of products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size or technical specification of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order (see Contact us).
