WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT LIGHTS AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
There are many different LED lights (with different wavelengths) ranging from violet to blue, green, yellow and red, all offering different healing properties and penetrating the skin at different levels.

Blue light (415nm- 465nm) – Clears acne and breakouts

IS LIGHT THERAPY SAFE?
Unlike other types of light therapy, LEDs do not contain ultraviolet rays. Therefore, they’re safe for regular use. LED light therapy doesn’t cause burns compared to anti-aging treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. You shouldn’t use LED light therapy if you take certain prescriptions such as accutane or if you’re experiencing skin rashes. HOW DO I KNOW IF A LIGHT THERAPY DEVICE WILL WORK?
