United KingdomVery easy to use with clear instructions. The after care advice service via Instagram was very good and answered a few questions I had very thoroughly. I keep the lustre light next to my bed and wear for 20 mins after I have cleansed my skin. I had bad cystic acne on my chin which has now almost cleared up completely! I am taking skin supplements and following a skin care regime too but I really think the light helped to calm the inflation a lot. The sticky strips are very sticky and hold in place well but can be a little painful to remove - especially on inflamed skin. But I followed the advice from the team via Instagram and used a tiny bit of non comegenic moisturiser beforehand which made it much easier to remove.
United KingdomI have suffered for a number of years from adult hormonal acne and have tried the GP route of lymecycline and topical creams which didn't work.
